Meetings
Bağlum Anadolu Lisesi held the very first meeting on 16.01.2021. We talked about etwinning, our project, esafety, media literacy and disinformation, organization and participation.
İzmir Kız Lisesi held its first meeeitng to inform eager students about the project and twinspace on 15 January,2021. Internet safety is the most significant topic we talked, of course. The students are also informed about web2 tools and the activities of the project.
FEBRUARY
Szkoła Podstawowa im. płk. Floriana Laskowskiego w Grucie had a student meeting on 16.02.2021. The students had more information about the project and upcoming works. They were really excited about this project.
On 23.02.2021 a meeting on this month's work was held. The students worked in 4 Zoom Breakout Rooms with their groups and described London tourist attractions to each other. They also made a recording about these places, these recordings were attached to a London map - this is the final product of February. The students had a good time all together while learning new things about London and Web 2.0 tool - thinglink. They are improving their speaking skills for sure!
On 23.03.2021 the last meeting of the month was held. First of all, dear Elif and Yusuf from İzmir Kız Lisesi presented us free safe apps to learn and practise English. The apps they mentioned were Duolingo, Beelinguapp, Busuu, Cake and Voscreen. The students were really interested in this part of the meeting.
In addition to this, Zoom breakout rooms were used for four student groups each led by a tutor. This allowed our pupils to describe their English drama characters to each other such as Hamlet, Orlando, Ernest and Cleopatra etc.
After leaving breakout rooms, we met again in order to share the audio characters created by the students via Voki - animated drama characters in modern times. It was a fun and useful meeting for everyone.

On 22.04.2021 we had an international meeting. Before the meeting, the participants searched for a famous English figure/character mentioned ön forum. During the meeting, international student groups led by a tutor presented about these figures/characters to each other. Each group is going to produce a work using online Dan 2.0 tools, these tools were also introduced. Here you can see some pictures of the meeting:
On our last meeting in April, international student groups led by different tutors presented their works.
The first group led by Agata presented the video about famous English figures/ characters. They used Animotoo Web 2.0 tool for the video.
MAY & JUNE
On 20.05.2021 we had the monthly meeting and our evaluation meeting at the same time. Topic of May was "English Music". Our pupils shared their knowledge and ideas on forum related with English Music. They demanded to make a radio programme and they recorded some song requests from a radio. During the meeting, the recordings were collected and a collaborative video of eTwinning Radio was done. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J-mSc_tLKNQ&t=27s)
We had two separate post questionnaires - one for the pupils, one for the students' parents. Their results were shared during the meeting. (Here is the link to questionnaire results: https://twinspace.etwinning.net/148903/pages/page/1302709)

Our guest was Şükran İÇLİ SELAĞZI - Music Teacher. She played the piano and flute for us performing some samples of English Music. In addition to this, our dear student Rojda shared her song recording with us.
At the end of the meeting, tutors and pupils evaluated the project orally. It was a nice and useful gathering for everyone.
